CURRENT ROLE AT CBRE
As the Senior Managing Director for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, Craig focuses on the development and expansion of business operations, in order to ensure that CBRE is delivering high quality services across all sectors of the real estate market and that the business continues to evolve to meet the changing needs of our clients.
Craig joined the Hong Kong team as Managing Director in August 2008, following senior management positions with CBRE in Las Vegas, San Diego and Adelaide, where he oversaw business performance, business development and recruitment in relation to leasing, investment sales, property management, asset services, project management, capital markets, corporate services and valuation. He took up the role of Senior Managing Director, Hong Kong & Taiwan in January 2009 and became a member of the Asia Management Board in July 2009. In November 2013, Craig was promoted to the Asia Pacific Strategic Group (APSG). The APSG is the board that oversees the strategic direction of CBRE within Asia Pacific.
Craig’s career began in 1992 with First Pacific Davies where he held senior positions in both their Adelaide and Kuala Lumpur offices. He joined CB Richard Ellis’ Adelaide office in 1998. With a strong focus on investment properties, Craig’s been directly responsible for over US$500 million of significant property sales.
