Rhodri James is an Executive Director, Office Services at CB Richard Ellis and oversees the direction, objectives and business development initiatives associated with theOffice Services business line in Hong Kong, Kowloon and Macau. He also provides strategic advice and portfolio analysis to clients in conjunction with the managementand development of the Office Services business line.
Rhodri has fifteen years experience in the real estate industry, both in the UK and Hong Kong and has a broad range of professinoal expertise. He joined CB Richard Ellis in 2006 and possesses a proven track record in the office sector in Hong Kong, primarily in tenant representation, having been involved inthe real estate market in Hong Kong for the past ten years.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Rhodri was Regional Director, Head of Tenant Representation at Jones Lang LaSalle in Hong Kong where he provided professional Landlord and Tenant advice, master planning and acquisition strategies as well as a wide range of lease and purchase transactions on behalf of multinational corporations.
